Autumn Vibes in The Botanic Gardens

TangoOz 2013 performs Argentine tango on the main stage at 2.45pm led by Maggie Ferguson on bandoneón. Other music from around the world range from the the drumming of TaikOz to Fijiian dance and Brazilian Samba. Also featuring on the main stage will be Triple J unearthed indie pop group Mary & the Banks and Divergence Jazz Orchestra as well as traditional Chinese music.

Sydney Conservatorium of Music in The Verbrugghen Hall – Sydney Youth Orchestras’ Autumn concert at 10.30am

TangoOz performs Argentine tangos from the ‘Golden Age’ of the 1940s. These talented young players demonstrate the art of tango performance in a concert setting, led by Maggie Ferguson on bandoneón.
